BIOGRAPHY
Mohammed Abdulmuhsen Alsuhaim is a seasoned executive leader with over 16 years of experience in strategy, human capital development, and large-scale institutional transformation. He currently serves as the Managing Director of the National Automotive and Vehicles Academy (NAVA) — a flagship initiative driving the growth of Saudi Arabia’s automotive and electric vehicle sectors.
At NAVA, Mohammed leads the academy’s strategic direction and operational expansion, positioning it as the Kingdom’s premier center for automotive excellence, advanced manufacturing, and technical workforce development. Under his leadership, NAVA has established strong partnerships with leading Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) such as Lucid Motors, Ceer, and Hyundai, as well as key national entities including the Public Investment Fund (PIF), Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), and Technical and Vocational Training Corporation (TVTC).
Before joining NAVA, Mohammed served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Saudi Digital Academy (SDA), an initiative under the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT), where he spearheaded national programs in digital transformation, talent localization, and tech-skill development. Earlier, he held the position of Assistant Deputy Minister at MCIT, leading strategic initiatives that shaped Saudi Arabia’s digital and innovation ecosystem.
Mohammed holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from AlYamamah University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional ability in aligning organizational vision with national priorities, building institutions that produce future-ready talent, and enabling industries through human capability development. His leadership spans the intersection of technology, education, and industrial transformation, with a strong commitment to advancing Vision 2030 objectives and shaping the workforce powering Saudi Arabia’s automotive future.
